Restoring Grace: Therapeutic Yoga Workshop

Restoring Grace

February 22, 2014 2- 4PM
$25.oo in advance, $30.00 at the door. Pay online here

Restoring Grace is a 2 hour Educational Workshop fusion of deeply restorative yoga, application of certified pure therapeutic grade (CPTG) essential oils, and the integration of self-healing with the innate healing art, Reiki. The Restoring Grace experience is meant to facilitate healing, empowerment and self-awareness.

The class typically leaves the participant in a place of greater capacity to embrace and interact with their life.

Participants receive a brief overview of the properties and uses of 5 doTERRA essential oils along with an introduction to and appropriate application of the healing art, Reiki. The class brings these together with restorative yoga poses, and beneficial experiences of doTERRA CPTG essential oils, and guided
applications to apply of Reiki self-treatments in several poses.
The result is a rejuvenated, centered, feeling leaving the participant lighter and more peaceful.

Angela demonstrates each restorative pose and facilitates as each participant places themselves into those positions by
helping with questions and modifications.
The presence and experience of another can increase awareness and one’s ability
to make a positive shift. Angela’s dedication and heart felt energy encourage opening and resolution for a more authentic journey and experience of oneself as the Divine.

Students are asked to arrive 15–20 minutes before the workshop begins with their own yoga mat, pen and journal (and extra blankets if needed—coordinated with the promoter in advance) in order to get situated, use the restroom, hydrate and
settle in. Water and blankets are provided and all payment arrangements are completed before the workshop begins.
