New Classes starting in June!! Meditation Mondays at 7pm and Yoga Basics on Wednesday at 7pm at the Flagstaff Aquaplex.

Fees for drop in are $7.00 for each class, and less if you pay for the entire month in advance, and even less if you are an Aquaplex member.

Meditation for inner peace, health, and restoration
Meditation is one of the most natural and rewarding of all human activities. It gives direct, intuitive experience of our spiritual nature, and is the cornerstone of creating inner awareness.
Meditation also brings balance, rest, and a growing inner peace. While its highest and original purpose is to help us awaken to our spiritual nature, the benefits to body and mind are well established by medical research.
Practiced on a daily basis, meditation produces profound results on all levels of your being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It connects you with your own inner powers of vitality, clarity, and love.
Angela Fe’s How to Meditate class will help you:

Whether you are interested in managing stress or in exploring the spiritual side of meditation, you will feel welcome. Each class includes guided and silent practice time.
Learn and practice the grace of Vinyasa yoga by integrating breath with movement. The Vinyasa Yoga Basics class takes students from one posture to the next, while working on form and alignment. The flowing movement of this practice harmonizes body, breath, mind and spirit. The slower pace of this practice makes it a great choice for students new to yoga.
